Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they order, providing the following criteria are met:
The item is returned in its original condition unopened, seal not broken and item not damaged.
Email us at contact@moomatri.com to receive a return authorization number (non-authorized returns are subject to refusal). Return must be postmarked within 30 days of order date.
Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit.
Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage.
